Iowa is digging out from a blizzard for the past 3 days. So I stayed home and made a new recipe. Rugelach, it is like a fruit filled croissant. It originated in the Jewish communities of Poland. The dough is flour, cream cheese and butter. I made the filling out of dried apricots and another batch with figs. Both are delicious!
I had planned to take pictures of the process, but my laptop that is paired with my camera died so I just used my cell phone and the desktop.
