It’s Sunday again guys and the subject is Free. In other words, post what you want. Hopefully it will be kid friendly for all. We are kind of like Santa here. Don’t want you to be naughty. I’ll get you started with the recent shots I took this past week as we prepared our annual vanocka (I can’t put the Czek accent marks in on my key board). Anyway I kind of liken it to fabricating some precast concrete panels in our plant back when I was working there.
You have to have a proven mix design that you know will meet the specs.

You need good quality aggregates, large and small ….

…. and the right admixtures to help achieve a successful product.

Of course that all gets added to the fluid and binder and mixed all together. Of course we used a little milk and flour to replace that water and cement.

No form work of course so it’s a free form product.

After is cures (bakes) in the oven for a while you apply some sealer and prepare it for storage (you know, cut it, heat it, butter it, and eat it)! I'll let you know how it turned out.

I don't think I posted these yet - similar maybe but not the same ones..Our power was out for about 12 hours. It seemed like forever.

Been up to my nickers with the puppies and prospective new families along with Christmas celebrations and gifts as I'm sure all of us have been busy! Thank God that we are free and able to enjoy this season! Amen!
