A local woman became unable to climb stairs, but the local theater have three sections, one of which requires climbing stairs. She contacted them and posted a Thank You message on the local nextdoor.com.
The box office manager also told me that they could move a show downstairs for a showing if they knew I planned to come. That’s what I call customer service! Saw the film I wanted to see. I will renew my membership, which lapsed when I became unable to deal with the stairs at the old location on Tinker Street. BTW, their Rhinebeck theater is accessible, although the parking is not good. The Tinker Street Cinema, under new management, is still not accessible as far as I know.

I once had a hangnail, and it hurt. But I was able to remove it with clippers. Now it doesn’t hurt anymore.
