Chase down the computer issues (likely need upgrades ?). ON1 2023 is a real break-thru to state of the art leader in many aspects. It is performing very fast response and no bugs showing up so far on my mac mini M1 (2021). They have updated the state of art masking AI already - they are responding to suggestions and user feedback. The whole workflow for me has decreased time spent on each image - and creative options for Effects are broadening my experimentation and treatments. Hang in there - it's worth it.

I've downloaded a trial version of the latest update and am so far very disappointed with it. On both my PCs, a Ryzen 5800X, 64GB RAM and an AMD RX 6600 GPU and my i7-12700, 32GB RAM and AMD RX6650XT (admittedly not the best GPUs for content creation) RAW 2023 is lethargic to say the least when cataloging folders, selecting images for edit and other operations. It also crashes for no apparent reason from time to time.

I'm wondering if others are experiencing problems with the software.

I'm also not impressed with the tools organization and workflow: switching modes (edit, browse, cataloging, etc.) but I am new to ON1 so that may be more a matter of getting to know the software better. Either way, the workflow is much different then programs like Lightroom, Photoshop and Affinity photo, all which I use almost daily as a real estate and event photographer.

I really want to like the program as it has some features that I think I could use to good effect but I can't justify it as it is.
