I shot the original image on the streets of Valletta, Malta 2011. I used the original as the base image in Deep Dream Generator and then told DDG to use an Edward Hopper image as a style.
What's your experience with DDG - are you using the free version or one of the paid versions? Is it easy? Frustrating? Would you recommend it to others?

I'm using the Free version. I haven't been using it very long but there is a learning curve. I've been blending my images with different styles. Sometimes I like what it gives me other times not so much. Here is a pretty good tutorial on how to use the program.

The technique is pretty good. To make it look more like a Hopper I would try to eliminate more objects from the frame.
