Some very major renovation that has to avoid damaging the mural. If I showed you the whole project, the mural would be a very tiny element. I hope this is an OK balance that makes the mural visible.
Unless that's the effect you were trying to achieve, I wish it were a bit better focused.

My daughter did her Master's thesis on Street Art, the graffiti art that is usually done clandestinely, at night, and without the property owners approval. In this case I believe street murals would fall into the same category. Since it has become somewhat mainstream, (thanks to Banksy and others) my daughter raised the questions; Who owns the work?, how should it be maintained? if at all? Does (or will) it increase in value?

i agree with Bob about the focus, but the picture does make you wonder what is the intended use of the construction project and what will eventually happen to the mural. right now it looks like a big garden project. good eye
