We have moved and are in a different city. Of course I had to find a new farmer's market. I found these Dutch letters. I have heard of them, but I have not had one. It was very good. A quick search of recipes looks like they are easy to make. Of course I am going to try to make them at some point.
I found out they also originated in Pella IA in 1845!
Beautiful shot, Jill! What was the stuffing?

Thanks Mike! It is almond paste. Just hope I can find that in the grocery store. If not I found a recipe for that too!
Beautifully setup and presented, Jill. Very nicely done.
