Not sure if this is the right section to ask for this help or not but here goes.
These 2 photos were sent to me asking if i could possibly take the name The Carpenters from the first photo and place it into the 2nd photo.
They said they would like it to be over top of the heads in the photo, but I was thinking and dont know if it can be done or not, maybe if somehow actually getting the whole background, except for the fan placed in the second photo and cover the pictures that are on the wall. I have no idea if it can be done or not, but if someone could do anything that is in the ballpark of either of those idea's that would be great, this is all over my capabilties of post production. I know the photos arent the greatest, I guessing they are cell phone pictures....

Thanks in advance to anyone that can help,

Tom

Please upload a larger 'original' of both pictures.

And yes, it feasible.

Then ask for a larger image. The edit can be made with this, but it would be much better.

I gave it a try. Not sure if it is good enough for the family. I did make it a 5 x 7 image for reproduction.

Used guided transform in LR to adjust angle of image then in PS opened both as layers, transform to enlarge background, select subject on people and masked them from background

Wonderful, I well sent this to them. I think this might be exactly what they were wanting.
