Thanks for asking abc1234. For these shots I used a Tamron 90mm macro lens attached to my Canon 6D2. An old (purchased new in 2005) Canon 580EX flash was mounted on the camera and an inexpensive Angler fabric diffuser was mounted on the lens.

Thank you. That is how I would do it. You did a pretty good job considering how hard taking those pictures is. In one shoot, I walked away with terrible poison ivy. Be careful. Thanks for posting.

Thanks. I've had both knees replaced in the past several months and just getting to them is the hardest part right now.

I guess your avatar is an xray of your new knee. I have used a gardener's seat in situations like that. Lightweight and works like a charm.
