Jupiter (again)

Decided to frustrate myself again with another attempt at Jupiter...

With a William Optics Megrez 90, various Barlows with a QHY 462C camera on an iOptron CEM26 mount.

The 1st image is simply Jupiter and four of its Moons using a 2x Barlow.

The last two images were captured using a 5x Barlow pushing the Megrez 90 to ~3000mm focal length. The only difference between the two images is the number of video frames used to create the final image.

Enjoy!

Nice stuff! I've used my Sigma 150 - 600 mm lens to shoot Jupiter with decent results. I believe Jupiter is at it's closest in 60 or so years. Perfect opportunity to play with the skies....

Looks pretty good , Jupiter has a lot going on with the GRS diminishing . I miss being able to shoot the planets. Good job bwa.
