Farmington Bay - II

The Farmington Bay Wildfowl Management Area will open for duck hunting October 1. I went to check out things and found the gate to the main area locked. The photos that I am posting show the population in the outer areas.

Although shooting into the sun is tricky, when I could get the subjects in the new sun the results were much better.

Another great set! Consider Exposure Control for backlit subjects. Thanx for sharing.

Me too! This serves to remin=d Me to check it. I have pre-set mine to +1.0 as I will be shooting in bright sun.

Nice set Mike. I had no idea that a GBH laid that many eggs. Imagine the work it would take to feed all the chicks!
