Some states (I think Texas is one) have put the kibosh on any license plate that is perceived to be obscene. I wonder if this one passed muster?

The one that gave me some trouble deciphering was, "CIXLSD." My son told me about it, one of his college friends saw it while driving on a highway and had to write it down so he could figure it out later.
