Much of the stuff mentioned is not that old! I still have my Yashica Penta J SLR camera, a high school graduation present from 1963. In perfect condition and only cost $79.95! It's alongside my Nikon SP rangefinder, Nikon Photomic FTn SLR, Pentax Spotmatic SLR, Hasselblad 500C, Topcon Super D SLR and Canon 7 rangefinder!

All classics in terms of esthetics and useability. Don't ask about my DSLR collection!

Be well! Ed

I also have a Yashica - I bought it new in 1969 as a College graduation present for $35 {local drug store was getting out of the business}, then heavily used for four years, and it shows it. I will leave disposing of my stuff to my heirs; hopefully I will leave notes telling them what I keep because it is good {like my Takumars}, what they may care about {like my Mother’s “AE-1 Program” which she used to photograph little them}, and what only I would care about {like the Yashica}

Every camera I sold or traded (not many) I wish I had back. Especially the Horseman tech camera kit with 4 lenses, 2 roll film backs, leather case, etc. that I traded in for a Nikon FE, 180 2.8, motor, and Braun flash when my daughter was born. And the Minolta SRT 101 (my first camera) and the Bush Pressman, both of which I have since acquired again.
If you want to collect cameras for fun because they are amazing little machines, then do it and enjoy - I do. Otherwise, sell/dispose them however you can get the most value out of them (which is sometimes giving them to others who will use and appreciate them) and use the money for something else.
Between a well curated collection and a couple of old cameras kept for sentimental reasons may be unnecessary clutter that your heirs may not appreciate having to deal with.
