My last one of the challenge.
Unexpected portrait shot of my Granddaughter. Original Image, then I removed the chain link fence post in the background, then applied a soft focus, and then converted to B&W. Shot with Nikon D500 with Sigma 18-300 Contemporary Lens while at my Grandson's Baseball game. Edits done with Corel PSP 2022

You started with a very near perfect image, however also I like what you've done with your edits. Very good.

I am in the middle of processing photos from a recent trip to the White Mountains in New Hampshire. I do about ten a day and I thought I'd show three of them that came out of today's batch. The before shots were produced using HDR merge in LR and the after shots were the result of further processing in LR and/or in Topaz Studio. As finish more images I may post some if I see more dramatic improvements in them.

This one was hard enough to do the first time - thought I'd try something different.

In a bird-stalking situation like you've beautifully captured and transformed here, I always immediately call the Audubon police 😎😎😎😎😎
