I have been looking at lots of Camera Back Packs. I am dazed and confused. The one I bought about a year ago I am not happy with. I need one I can use when I walk around, and as a carry one when flying. When I fly I want to bring my laptop. I have went to Samy's and almost passed out from looking at the bag mega display.
From on line window shopping I really like this one.
Discovery Photo/Laptop Daypack Large Black/Gray
Does anyone have experience with it?
Seems like a good bag, didn't see many reviews of it. Another thing to consider is a sling pack. This will give you fast access to your equipment when your hiking and not carrying your laptop.
Looks pretty standard, not my preference, I like a bag that opens from the top and everything goes in and down, less chance of items falling out even if less convenient. I have come to the conclusion that there is no one perfect camera bag, like women never have the right handbag, Bob.
I too have a Tenba backpack and like it. I use it to carry my ful frame DSLR, 3 lenses, and variety of accessories. It is well built and provides a good protection for its contents, but is on the heavy side even when empty. I guess weight is the cost of good protection. It also has a place for any size tripod and the inside compartment can be taken out so it can also be used as a regular backpack.

Women solve that problem by having several, if not many, bags.
Why do we limit ourselves?
I have a Lowepro, which carries everything pretty well, but there is no space for lunch.
I have had an addiction to camera gear bags for years.............I have 5 of them and never use one of them all too heavy or something.................Now I also have 3 cool boxes and 2 cool bags, very light very cheap and very good external protection. I use the old bags to provide internal protection compartments..............
I too have been accumulating camera bags aiming to find something that will carry my gear (including tripod and laptop), provide wet weather protection, and be comfortable. SOme I had only used once or twice and sold. Now for my local trips I primarily use Lowepro Flipside Sport 15L AW and for travel trips I either use Incase DSLR Pro Sling or medium Tenba shootout backpack.
