In my opinion that photo is a total mess and I would delete it.

I notice that you prefer to post in the Gallery where knee jerk kudos for well worn cliches are the mandatory replies. OTOH I prefer to post in Critique where the replies really reveal so much more.

Although youre unable to offer actual critique, I nevertheless thank you for your admirably clear self revelation.

I hope that you continue to enjoy the Gallery. New Mexico appears to deliver certifiably "picture perfect" sunsets for that noble pursuit.

Yes it's a puzzle! Can you give some information about where it was taken and any processing done? It looks like it was taken through a double pane window and might have had some camera movement. I have no idea about the coloring. Could this be a reflection in a double pane window? With some processing it has the potential for an interesting abstract.

The forground lantern, the utility lines, and the green foliage are the actual reality outside the window.

Your looking thru that window at an angle and it is near the corner of a glass wall so theres another window at right angle to it, just out of sight to your left.

In the sky above the greenery is hovering the view you would see thru the not included window off to your left. That view is dark silhouetted trees and bald sky. But the reflection of that silhouette is "fogged" with reddish sky light from the approaching sundown. IOW red light is filling-in the what would have been a colorless dark reflection of some trees.

Not easy to accurately put into words but you should now have the general idea. Its a phone photo, so it wont tolerate much processing. One botched attempt, using only the editor built into the phone, is attached below.

When I was teaching photography I would tell my students, photographers love reflections and shadows because they show multiple levels of view in one frame.
This one I would like to see more definition, contrast and sharper focus if possible.

Thank you, I usually try to figure out what's happening in something that is a bit offbeat. I wonder what it would be like with the electric pole and line removed?

I'm not sure what the subject is supposed to be. I kind of like the artistic color treatment, however. Interesting.

I wonder why people who see everything in black in white (metaphorically speaking) bother coming to a critique site where the emphasis is on taking an artistic approach. Not every photo needs to be "tack sharp" focus with leading lines and perfectly balanced composistion.

In most instances, interesting photos need a star and a supporting cast...or at least a subject. In this case, I do not see a subject, or even an abstract that causes me to remain looking at the shot. It seems to be a compilation of things, or perhaps a random shot of an urban scene...but it needs something to catch attention, make a statement, etc. A disarray of power lines, a power pole and transformer, an out of focus tree, an odd light structure ( I think) thrown in. I am just not seeing it here.
