I like this quite a bit User. It's very reminiscent of the "Pointillism" technique from the Impressionist period of art from the mid to late 1800s. Hey, if it was good enough for Seurat...

Im OK with various degrees of noise in most images. I feel the geeky pursuit of absolutely noiseless images for nearly all photos has nothing to do with real world photography. All that said, I would have liked just a bit less noise for this pic.

I'm not terribly turned off by noise, it can be an interesting textural element. This one almost looks like a montage

As mentioned in another posting of yours, I (of course my preference) like to see something in a photo that captures my attention or at least makes me pause and think about the shot. This photo has no element in it that captures the attention.

I have no problem with noise, but this is a very old, pixelated photo of years gone by. I am not quite sure what artistic effort you were making here.
