Double cut pork chop

I have been very sloppy about eating without thinking when I go out. Something reminded me this week when we went to one of our favorite restaurants (Tuscany) and I had my favorite. My wife was already into her four cheese ravioli, so just one shot.

Looks delicious Mike. Although I have to say, it leaves me craving a little more green. Maybe asparagus or broccoli, but I know that is a matter of personal taste

Really looks good. I Sous Vied my chops and steaks. Well, I used to, the only beef I can afford right now is ground. I sear the chops in a very hot pan with butter to get a nice crust on them.

Great photo! That looks like an upscale meal. The parsley reminds me of the old supper clubs. I have bought flat left parsley for so long I have forgotten about the curly leaf.

Thanks, Jimmy. The caesar salad that preceded this entree met my green quota.

Thanks, Jack. The difference between this pork dish and an 8-ounce beef filet was $32.
