Photos from June while I was with a group. These are on the opposite side of the Schuylkill River along the Schuylkill River Trail.
All skies in this series are the actual sky, great day out there.
At Locust Street, Locust Point condos building on far right.

Trains moved in shortly after the first photo, this obviously an elevated walkway. Building on right is Roberts Center Children's Hospital of Philadelphia. South St bridge in view and center city beyond.

Many cars were marked Molten Sulfur, not something I'd want to work near.

Not a train rather an abandoned crane at the PECO Schuylkill Station power plant. Crane was used to transfer coal, now natural gas powers the plant. Plant was built in 1902 first large scale electric plant in Philadelphia and still in operation.

When we got back to the location of the first photo with empty rails (Locust St.) we found we were blocked by this train, got to see a vintage boxcar. Personally thought this was the best shot of the day.
