This youngster was sitting in a tree calling for food yesterday morning, and did not seem to mind if a photographer came within 20 feet to take pictures. Seemed perfectly capable of getting it’s own food, but I did witness an adult show up with a rodent at one point. Nikon D500/500 PF. Actually had to move back a bit to get more of the bird in the frame. Taken at World’s End Preserve in Hingham, MA.
