I have the 18-140 and find I take most of my pictures at 18. I like the extra width. It is a great lens.

Opps! Thanks for reminding me to check the possibily of a crop factor next time. That would make the 14-180 the obvious choice. Otherwise, the wide angle end really is no longer truly wide angle.
