Have experienced that problem in the past - discovered it was my ISP limiting bandwidth - changed ISP's and the problem went away...

Downloading is slower than in the past. I thought it was my ISP. The DLs are jerky unloading from top to bottom. My ISP is abysmal, right now, DL is 7.54 Mbs! I am running a Ryzen & with 32 gigs RAM and SSDs. The quality of DLs are fine.

This happens sometimes when my WI-FI gets glitchy and I have to reboot it. And I don’t have a big bandwidth and things can slow down a bit if my ISP provider gets overloaded from time to time.

I am noticing that images on a page load just a little slower than in the past. They used to load immediately. Now they take 1 to 2 seconds. Not a problem, but there is a difference. JCA in Plymouth, MA.
