Thanks Mike. I have thought of asking you about doing just that. Just offhand, any idea of how far from St. George I would be from Bryce Canyon? Normally I drive that far, spend the night and then get up early to get going to Idaho Falls. I know Bryce is a bit North and to the East. What town do you live?

St. George is very near Bryce. You could go up through Cedar Breaks (another overlooked area).

We live in South Jordan, about 15 miles south of Salt Lake City, just 15 minutes from I-15. Send me a PM if you would like to discuss more.
