Still a very good boy, ex. in Velociraptor mode. Fortunately we've been thru it several times, and our other dogs are kind to puppies.

He has already gone through most of 50 pounds of a very expensive special food the breeder recommended. Short hand for it, "the little prince's food". His mother is larger than my 120# Rhodesian male, so I think he will be very big for the breed. We'll have to wait and see just how large!

Good food is important especially in pure breds, QD.

We had a freezer issue courtesy of the power company and 50 or 60 pounds of beef thawed. I re froze it and we have been making topping for all the dogs food in the slow cooker. Much enjoyed, and glossy coats!

Just think. Those sharp baby teeth probably won't start to fall out until he is about 5 months old. Maybe the Dino bites will stop when he is 6 months. He's gorgeous and if he grows to fit those feet, maybe Goliath would be a good nickname. I have a friend in Wisconsin who used to show Ridgebacks. I showed him to her (hope you don't mind) and she said it's been a few years since she had one. He makes her want another.

OOPS, just got a message from her. She has put in her order for one yet unborn.

They are such great dogs, and of course most people can't just look at puppies! We were fortunate, the breeder we got our last Rhodesian from moved to Billings. Since one of the boys is very old and we want to keep a constant population of friends, we are now at Dog Maximum with four. We have a fairly large property and room in the house, and I am retired, so it is just a bit of extra work! Your friend has probably run across Kina Kabambe Rhodesian Ridgebacks our source.
