Last Saturday's photo adventure was a first time trip to the Briar Bush Nature Center in Abington, Pennsylvania. The conditions were terrible for photography: it was hot, humid, very overcast and very shady. But at least the birds got to enjoy the little stream.

Nice set! They apparently leave the suet cakes in the container exposing just one side. That might slow them down a little? Might try that.

Thank you. Only the downy woodpecker went for the suet cake while I was there.
