Came across this juvie Great Blue Heron today. I have not come across one in some time now. 8-( Since he is a juvie, he allowed me to get fairly close. If you look close you can see more' in one of the feathers. Some of his feathers/beak are still developing their color. He fished for awhile but never caught anything 8-(

1/1250, f4, ISO 100, 275mm FF equiv. FOV and some cropping in direct sun early morning.
