Cute
My wife's Shin Zhu looks just like that now, complete with tongue and panting (the last couple of weeks we have been in the 90s and low 100s). His appointment for his summer haircut and flea bath is this coming week. Then he will look like a yellow lab puppy and it will be a few days before my little Jack Russell Tara stops going after him with "Who the hell are you and what did you do with Toby?" Toby will miss his "fur coat armor" when the two of them fuss over important stuff like who gets which chew toy.
Very cute. Although we say 'shammy', it is spelled 'chamois'. It is the skin of a European goat. If the rules of French pronunciation apply, it would be pronounced 'sham wah'. See attachment from wikipedia.
Chamois
The chamois is a species of goat-antelope native to mountains in Europe, from west to east, including the Cantabrian Mountains, the Pyrenees, the Alps and the Apennines, the Dinarides, the Tatra and the Carpathian Mountains, the Balkan Mountains, the Rila–Rhodope massif, Pindus, the northeastern mountains of Turkey, and the Caucasus.Wikipedia
Cute picture! I prefer spraying "End-Dust" on 'em and letting them run around! An advantage is that when they've dusted your floors, you take 'em outside, and they shake themselves out! 🤣

In Jacques Tati's 1971 film "Trafic" there is a visual pun of mistakenly using a fluffy dog as a chamois to clean the car. Not a great one but if you like the Mr. Hulot films this one is worth seeing.

Mr. Bean Takes a Vacation is an English version of Mr. Hulot Takes a Vacation. I don't think you need to speak French to understand the humor in Mr. Hulot.

Since she’s not a real chamois a little latitude works! Probably doesn’t mind being used as such either looks pretty content!
I thought the pink part was for doing your mirrors?

I don’t think my pooch would want to be used as a rag. But he loves a good bath!!
