Hi all! I've been tryin' my best for about a year now with my Pentax Kx. Joined this site a few days ago and hope to better myself with input from everybody. Here's a couple of my 1 yr old buddy,Cooper and from a trip to Catalina Island this summer. Thanks in advance

Nice photographs, I think the middle photograph of the dog is the best though the other to are nice as well. The one with all of the boats seems a little busy but sharp and colorful.

I like the bottom photo, maybe backing off a little would make it better, but that is a perhaps. When taking photos with a digital camera, I usally take more than one and I change the zoom and other camera setting to see which is best, it doesn't cost anything and I just delete the bad ones or the ones that I don't like.

Thanks. Yeah, I cropped it kind of close but there seemed to be to much on the fringes that didn't fit in. Ill take a second look at the original and maybe can do something else!
