A collection of some of the birds we encountered this morning.
I'm thinking the Yellow Crowned Night Heron is a two year old...maybe?
The Great White Egret is the only one from the "rave" which continues, now in week three!!

Great photos! I used to love going to Lake Apopka when my friend lived in Winter Garden back in '78.

Thanks! I think it's come a long way since then. But the recovery work continues! There has been a lot of work, engineering, and money spent on bringing the lake back to health.
