What does this: (=>) mean after a post?

I just noticed this “symbol” after a number of posts in a few categories. It’s probably been there all along but I just noticed it.

"Go to the latest posts" (you haven't seen) as opposed to going to the beginning of the post.

You have read that thread already but it now has more posts and by clicking on that symbol instead of the title you will go to the last post you read instead of starting over.
