Someone on another site is looking for help and I have looked but cant find anything...
I feel pretty confident someone on here knows the answer...
They have a Nikon D850 and they are getting an error code of BP, I have never seen or heard of this before and cant find any info, anyone here know what it could be??

Yea, that's kind of what I'm thinking, something to do with the battery in some way or other...
Thanks for the reply....

If a grip is involved, maybe the grip contacts?

Here is an article that talks about your issue. Are you using a battery grip? https://www.dpreview.com/forums/post/65163943

There is likely a table of error codes in the online, downloadable PDF manual for the camera that can be found on Nikon's Downloads site.

As in all things photography, and in life, Are Tee Eff Em or Read The *Fine* Manual applies...

Thanks everyone, I believe the problem has been solved...looks as though it was an issue with his battery being low.

Everybody else has an icon to go with their posts and I used to have one. Where did it go and what do I have to do to use this site to it's full extent...K.A.N.
