MY late 2021 MacBook Pro running Monterey doesn't send data for print job to Epson P800 although the computer recognizes the presence of the printer. My old computer works fine with the P800. I have been through the Epson trouble shooting process twice including deleting and reinstalling drivers and utilities. We tried shorter printer cables, I don't use wi-fi. Their final advice is to contact apple support. I spent some time with a B&H printer/computer expert and he couldn't think of anything.
Have any of you encountered similar issues?
Delete the Epson Printer drivers, then reinstall from the Epson site ... do the simple things ... have mercy on the B&H guy who is probably a PC-Windows person.

I've been using Macs for years along with my Epson P800 and never had any problems. I ALWAYS use the current Mac OS. Why are you running Monterey on a 1 year old Mac? Best of luck.
Because it is the latest.

Yes, I'm a dummy for not remembering the name of the current version. It is Monterey as you indicated, with the current version being 12.4 which was fairly recently released. My Epson P800 has worked flawlessly worked under it. I also keep the device driver updated and print using the latest version of Lightroom. I use only OEM ink and print on Red River paper using their icc profiles. What are you doing differently?
