I am not a Falun Gong supporter any more than I am a follower of NY Times or Washington Post politics. The hasty generalization made by you to suggest otherwise is a blatant fallacy of freshman logic. Now to an ad hominem attack of my own, I could expect that line from someone from San Francisco, though Longshadow, and I really don't know why, surprised me. If that is your impression I would think you've not read the paper. I merely provided a link to a renowned photographer whose pictures were featured and I found to be very good. Feel free to use the email I provided as a login and have a look at it. I am admittingly somewhat conservative and libertarian in my views and I am not worried about being led astray or indoctrinated by any news organization.

Exactly! I subscribe to their several email publications (not paid), and find them to be excellent. They do make the point that their perspective comes from having been subjected in the past to extreme conditions, but nowhere have I observed anything that I would view as out of the ordinary conservatism - or remotely related to Falun Gong (though I know nothing about Falun Gong except that they are some persecuted religious group in China). They present topical, meaningful and interesting information, with a firm conviction that truth, openness and freedom are highly desirable. They certainly are counter the so-called mainstream media, and are NOT the Washington Post/New York Times /NPR/TV network lie and propaganda machines!!! I can recommend them highly to anyone interested in truth and freedom!!!

I entered an email that I use for general browsing- it gets LOTS of junk but that’s what it’s (partially for). But then I couldn’t read the article unless I subscribed for at least $1 - said the article was “premium content “ or some such.
Sorry, but just no.
