Bald Eagle nest

Was finally able to make it down to the eagles nest and we have 2 chicks. Nikon d500, Nikkor 200-500 f5.6 all shot at 500mm. They do look better in the download but still not extremely sharp but was still fun to be able to watch them.
I won't be able to get back to the nest before they fledge...oh well...there is always next year!

Thanks Mike! We are heading out to help friends brand cattle for the next few weeks and then on to fishing for a while...so I won't be able to be on here very much and I won't be here when these two little one's fledge...they will be gone by the time we get back
