Going tomorrow at 11:30. I have with me D7200 (and D3200) with
Tamron 18-400
Sigma 1.4
Tokina 11-20 (2.8)
(Yes also other lenses but not considering fir this day).
Bringing the D7200 with which lens?

Thanks . That was my first thought .
I was wondering it it would be TOO wide and if the wider Sigma with low light might be better , and if there are needs on such tour for the 39 mm and up as well .

(By the way I am now looking at the time stamp : 22:28hr? I am in Monument valley where the local time was 20:30).(8:30pm)

Assuming you can only bring one, go wide. It also helps reduce compromises in really dark scenes where you cant bring in monopod/tripod. This way can pull off longer exposures, especially if any vr.

Time stamps are standardized, US Eastern time. I am writing this from Germany at 9:45 am, and the time stamp will say 3:45 am.

BTW the 11-20mm for your Nikon D7200 seems right. This would be about 16-30mm full-frame.

I shot in the 14 to 24 range full frame, so 11-20 apc sounds right

Put the camera in a rain sleeve or quart modified zip lock and bring a blower

I like WIDE lenses when I'm there. And add Page Arizona to your list, the 180 degree turn on the Colorado River is nice. You'll need a WIDE for that one too.

With the 18-400 lens are you bringing a Tripod of monopod with you to keep the lens stable?

Never been there but from the pics I’ve seen it’s pretty cramped inside. The Tokina would work well.

Tough call, last time I was there I was shooting with a D3 with 28-70 and also with a 17-35 lens. You need to be with a photo tour to use a tripod. The picture was shot at 35mm. I would go with the Tokina 11-20, you can always crop.
While you are there stop at Horse Shoe Bend at sunset, the sun will be a little north but still a great picture.

Go wide. No need for anything else (been there).
