I was waiting for two things to arrive yesterday, and when UPS dropped off the large envelope, I went out and picked it up. The DVD I had ordered dropped out, but there was nothing else inside. The end of the brown bag was wide open. I was missing a set of plastic scraper razor blades and holder, only $11.
Looking on Amazon's site, the best I could do was begin a return and request a replacement, but I had nothing to return. I asked Amazon to phone me, and they will be sending a replacement. The original was - sort of - delivered overnight, so that was pretty fast. That's the first time a package has been delivered without being sealed.
Sometimes I swear my mail has been opened for me.

You're getting forgetful?
It looked like this bag was never sealed. They are usually folded over and sealed. This wasn't folded over.

Several years ago, I received an order from Amazon that contained two WII games that I had not ordered. I called Amazon CS and they told me that I could keep the games. Since I didn't have a WII console I gave the games to my grandsons. They called me later to say there were no games in the jewel cases. Go figure.

I am 95 percent sure my FedEx driver opens my camera packages. There was one that said it was delivered and it wasn't I was home. I immediately called and started a case and boom 30 minutes later it showed up and had been retaped. I ask him about the tape and he said everything was ok and in the box. Not sure how he would know that as he had no idea what I ordered. Several of my delivery from FedEx have been retaped even though the box was not beat up at all looked perfect.

That's funny. "Yeah, I always open packages to make sure everything's okay inside the box."
After we were married, I sent some wedding pictures away to have copies made. The local postmaster opened the envelope and removed some. Not sure why, but I was too young at the time to make a fuss. We eventually got all the pictures and copies, but it took some doing.
