I took this image at the time with my IPhone 8+ and attached Moment 18mm wide lens. Scaled up a bit using On1 resize. If you are interested you can go over to the digital art section to see what I did with it there.

Nice.

(Thanks for NOT using "WSNP" for the title!)

Thanks Longshadow. I'm sure there's a story behind WSNP. Care to share it?

Short story...
People use abbreviations for things THEY know about. I live in SEPA (SouthEastern PA), people in other parts of the country (and world) have no idea to what they are referring. WSNP means nothing to me.

Be like me posting images of VFP.
Everyone here knows what that is...

Yea, I can go Google WSNP, if I MUST know... but why should that be necessary?

I tend to agree with you. Thanks for the explanation.

Now that is an interesting photo. What makes it interesting are the different textures in it that just seem to mix well.

Oh, and agree, using abbreviations works for those who know. When we lived in Idaho, we all knew what the PNW is—The Pacific NorthWest, but if you live in Florida, not so much. I always appreciate it when someone spells out what a place is.

And since we’re in the smartphone photography section, I wonder if very many know what the 13PM is. It’s the iPhone 13 Pro Max, but if you don’t have one, you may end up scratching your head.

Nah! 13PM is an indication that it's time for a new clock! 😉

I worked at a place that was in LOVE with acronyms, so I made my own: TGLA (These Guys Love Acronyms)! 🤣

And you haven't lived until you've heard a weather report for south-east West Virginia!

Would it be worse than South-East North Dakota?
