I carry my lenses I think I will use for the game. I have a photo-like suitcase with rollers that carries everything. Extra camera 3-4 lenses, misc. like lens cleaners, tool to tighten monopod if needed. Flash if needed.
bungee cord to fasten my stool so I can get all the gear to the dugout. I carry the D4 with 300 2.8 attached to the monopod over my shoulder. I just go slow....
