Depends...
On your budget, requirements, and how picky you are.

I have had a Canon TR-8520 (All-in One) for a while now, meets my needs.
Prints up to 8x12.
I send most of my prints to Costco for printing on photographic paper.

I'm no pro (this post is in the pro advice forum) but I bought an Epson XP-15000 awhile back and really like it. The image quality is superb and it can print up to 13 X 19 from sheets, 13 X 44 from rolls. I only paid $340 for it discounted by one of the office supply chains online. It also has expression photo HD in the name.

No way to answer without more info. Prints for sale or just paper copies to show someone? My Epson All-In-One will print a nice 8X10 on photo paper, clear and color correct, but don't get it wet....................
Frame it and show at a contest or as a sample of work - great.

Maybe the grade of paper? Mine dries quickly, but I do leave it sit for a while anyway, to be sure.
I tested it once by dropping water on a print, no problem.
(I think many of these printer inks are water soluble.)
