Be sure to hit the download on the first picture to read the historical marker about the trestle.
This trestle is still in use today.

I confess, I look at these bridges and find it wonderous that they can support a load of very heavy locomotives, and freight cars each in the 285,000-pound range. Then I see the Bigboy at a million+ pounds crossing similar bridges and I hold my breath...
