Good morning Mark,
I first noticed this image a few years ago and saved it at that time. I had forgotten about it until just now. It brought tears to my eyes then and it does this morning as well. Great and hopeful tears that tell me there might just be some hope for we Homo Sapiens after all. It is not at all difficult to be in complete disagreement with that if one actually pays attention to the daily goings-on throughout the world. And yet just maybe.....? I read a comment some time ago stating that "We (humans) really don't deserve dogs". In that they are simply too loving, forgiving, caring and comforting when you consider the all too often seen nature of the dark side of humanity in dealing with our non-human fellow Earthlings. And then an image like yours appears and your entire thought process is turned on its' head. I honestly cannot think of any post sent by you that didn't actually make me feel better that day - photos, quips, jokes, stories and of course your (as well as mine) excellent examples in music (of all sorts - which I love equally) but especially jazz.

Thank you, Terry!! I'm beyond flattered! I love music and posting some of my favorites brings joy to me. I love humor (not all) and stories of kindness, bravery, ... and expressions of the good in humanity. We are bombarded by the contrary on media. So, I attempt to post things that offset the negative.
