My name is Ray I am in Waynesboro, Pa and trying to find those who have the same interest that I do. I love photography and would love to eventually sell some of my work in order to pay for my hobby. Doing photography for 40+ years but retired now from something totally unrelated to photography. Would love to make friends with those who have the same interest that I do. My attitude is any subject that falls in front on my lens. Drop by and say Hi as I do not bite.

Welcome to the forum, Ray! I too have always loved photography, but my career was in education. Now that I am retired, I have found this site to be an excellent way to learn new things about photography, meet other photographers, see some of their excellent work, and share some of mine.

Welcome to UHH! It is a wonderful mixture of good humor, technical information and virtually all the aspects of human nature. Sometimes you will find that some people who reflects that they are having a bad day, and by golly SOMEONE will have to pay for it. But you can learn a lot, some of the members are just incredibly generous with their information and patient with the ones who shows that they did not read previous post very carefully.

Welcome to the UHH. I don't live far from Wayne, PA, but Waynesboro, PA is four counties west of here. Photography has been my hobby for about 50 years and like many UHH members, I am retired. Do you ever go to Conowingo dam to photograph the birds?

Welcome to the Hog, from another Pennsylvanian. I am up in the north country, McKean County, and like you retired and love photography. I also enjoy riding my Harley, reading and finding new photogenic locations. If you ever get up this way look me up and maybe we can both get some great photos.
