Put on a mask and try again, but keep 6 feet away from your monitor.

The article is well written and explains to the public exactly what the V***S database shows.

I only have one correction to suggest. The article states "The system allows anyone who has received a v*****e (not just a C****-** v*****e) to report “a*****e e***ts” (think side effects) that they experience following v******tion."

In actuality, anyone can post an "a*****e e***t" whether they actually took a v*****e or not, or whether they actually had an adverse reaction or not.
The article is well written and explains to the pu... (show quote)

A problem with the entire V***S DB is that it is open to manipulation by persons who might wish to somehow “sway” data in order to secure some particular outcome.

My read is that unverified reporting could possibly alter any statistical analysis and lead to medical choices that are not valid.

It is one thing to have a collection of reports, but to use potentially bad data to make public-health decisions seems problematic.
