Have any of you used any version of Audials? I saw a guy explain it on YouTube last night. It can record anything on your computer - movies, TV, music, etc. It can also act as a base for using any of your recorded material. I'm looking at online articles about it now.

Jerry, did you read the reviews posted on BestBuy.com by 2 purchasers? The reviews are less than stellar and both experienced the same issue. Please update us with your experience with Audials. I am interested in this product and would value your evaluation. Thank you.

Yes, I read the bad review (just one) about Best Buy, but I bought it anyway. I paid for and received Audials 2022. It took a while to get the key to download and install it, but I'm registered with the company, and it runs. I haven't tried to record anything, though. There's no way I would have paid almost $80 for it, but for $26, it's worth a gamble. Maybe it can replace iTunes.

I have used Audials for several years (7?) (Currently v2022). I am very happy with it. It does everything it says it will.

Best Buy page looks like a 1-time purchase but the Audials web site shows more like a subscription... is your version a subscription, with annual payments to keep it working?

In July 2011, I subscribed for the first year --$59.90. Each year since, it has gone done to where it is to this day (09/28/2021) --$19,90 (same as last year).

Mine is a Forever purchase. I saw that fee for annual usage, but I also saw a $97 list price with a $20 reduction. those figures might not be 100%, but they do sell it outright. Otherwise, I wouldn't have bought it.
I can't guarantee that I will be doing an evaluation and reporting on it.
