I like the pose and lighting, but what is the blotchiness on the skin? Is that her natural condition, or is it the processing?

Thanks for looking and commenting, John. If anything, it's processing. I'm not sure where you are seeing the issue.

The light spot on her back is not uniform and smooth like I would expect a highlight to be based on the contour of the body. Similarly, the highlights on her arm and face look like they have ragged edges instead of simply fading to dark in a smooth curve.

I'm not sure the cause as it looks ok in Ps. Additionally, it's a 60 year old negative.
