You got a super shot! Hawks are unpredictable - one minute they are there and the next gone. It seems to me there are significantly less hawks this year in Arizona. I'm not seeing many off Davis Rd or Route 191 this winter. Actually it seems like less birds all around - are they all in Green Valley??

It is a really good shot if your just look at the left side of the image. But why did you shoot it with the bird looking out of the frame and the wide blue expanse on the right? Could you not have moved the camera further to the left?
