Here is something I did. Not my best work but wanted to share it. I was working with your small image.

That's cool with the smokey kind of background! the photo was taken with a phone so the only image I have is this size.

I appreciate the help! I think I like your crop better than mine....thank you!

It was my pleasure! IMO, the full length shot with all the distractions was a starting place. After all the subjects of the photo are to be brought out as much as possible. All the other people and the glowing, what ever they are, really take away from that wonderful couple and cropping in to only show the top portion of the couple got rid of the pavement and people you and the couple really don't care about anyway and left only the blurred castle and folks to distract. They will look back and see themselves at Disneyland as two very happy folks.

BTW: I just am in awe of your wildlife shots.

Hi all, I made a cross stitch picture for my nephew and will be adding a photo of him and his new bride. They got married in Disney World so the only photo I have to use is the one I attached with all the people in it.

I have tried to use the blur tool in PS to blur the people but since I am not very good with PS mine just looks nasty! I am hoping you guys could give me some idea's and pointers on how to edit this photo to make it look nice. Or is it a lost cause and I should just print it the way it is?

The photo will need to be no larger than 5x4 in size...I included the cross stitch that it will go into as well.

I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Thanks
Cindy

Cindy, beautiful needle work. What if you kept them and the castle and cloned out the people and darkened the background surrounding them? I'm sure someone can do a better job than me, but it might help to bring them forward. This is 5x4

Or this where the background is blurred and darkened so they stand out and the castle is still clear?

Cindy, A bit of trickery along with patting my head and rubbing my tummy. Sized as you wished and saved at 300dpi for printing, should you find it to fit your needs.

Cindy, here's a cropped version. One is in Adobe RBG for printing and the second one is in sRBG colorspace for viewing on electronic devices that have a limited color gambit.

Wow..those are amazing...no way could I pat my head and rub my tummy at the same time and come out with these edits.

Cindy, I am a "professional" belly rubber. Dogs have been part of my life since the day I was born and rubbing their bellies for that many years qualifies me as being a professional. Now, I've rubbed my head while in deep thought for so long that all of the hair has gone.

Thanks for providing me with a creative challenge this afternoon. My versions may not meet your needs or the style and content that you are looking for and the pleasure has been mine to assist on your project.

Okay, I'll admit, when it comes to a challenge I tend to be a bit OCD. One last version sized to 4X6 at 300-dpi
