We haven't seen these girls in our garden for about two years now, today they came back. One of Australia's 2,000+ native bee species and my favourite, the Blue Banded Bee.

Thanks Jeff, the second was just to show the blue bands a bit better...I rarely shoot any living thing if I can't capture the eyes...
