I thought you were going to jump before the holidays!

I quit! Just ask my wife!

Got very close, sometimes it's so difficult for me to decide.

If you don't choose, and photograph the subject matter wisely no matter your equipment your photos will still be "Meh."

Patience is good! One of these fine days I’m going to do a thinning of the herd and pass on unused lenses and accessories. I’ve contemplated such initiatives before and ended up using the unused. If that makes any sense!

Some things are hard to part with.

Well, Racmanaz, now you have me rethinking my plan. I just might settle for an LS45.

But the lenses are really cheap, right?

Yes, I think I will get the Leica and save up to buy lenses in about 5 years.

When did Leica come out with a Medium format? Hasselblad, Fujifilm, Pentax, and I beleive have had medium format models with around 50 or 100 MP for sometime. Some less than $20,000, some more. Didn't know Leica had one too. I'd probably opt for one of the Fujis. Though I see nothing wrong with APS-C and FF / FX / 36x24mm cameras. DSLR vs MILC is an entire different issue.

Yes, but aside from the fact that the advertisement does not give a date, the camera is as I figured, impressive. 64MP, 30x45 mm sensor! Though from some of the posted comment to B&H the camera is not brand new, with comments dated in 2020. I guess most of us missed knowing about this Leica.

Best thing about the article is the comment section.

Yes a few sound a little defensive.

I'm not planning on abandoning any of my FX cameras. I have been planning adding a larger sensor to the group, though. That plan has been in the works for some months.

One also has to take into consideration that writers have to write to make their income. So, any old topic will work as long as it attracts readers.

It might also give those that agree with "him" a good feeling. . .
