I purchased this L-508 new quite a few years ago thinking I would follow in Minor White's footsteps. Due to a traumatic event in my life, and basic lack of talent, I was a miserable failure, and have never used this meter. The only blemish is a small tear in the display box flap that I caused when I first opened it. Otherwise, everything is pristine. Photos are available via email. $340 plus shipping, OBO.

Can you post some more info on this specific model? It seems that no info is available at Sekonic anymore on this model.
Thanks for the response! The instruction manual is 29 pages of fine print. It is a very complex instrument! It will do incident, reflected and flash measurements. As i recall, the primary difference between this and the current model is the minimum spot angle. I think the L-508 will go to a 1 degree angle, while the newer versions will do 0.5 degrees. However, as I mentioned in the listing, I have not used it and may be wrong about that. There are lots of these listed on eBay, many from Japan. i would be happy to scan the "Technical Data" pages, including specs on ISO, shutter speed, temperature range, etc. and email them to you. Also, I suspect that there is information about the L-508 on You Tube. I will check. If you have a particular specification in mind, let me know.
Thanks for your help! Vester
